Quickbooks Desktop - Integration: missing options

These dropdowns are missing. Sync is configured properly and the chart of accounts is mapped and users are able to categorize expenses, however, I'm unable to select Accounts Payable from these dropdowns. Thoughts?

@aggiedan97 Can you click cancel and then click sync now, then try to go back in and see if these drop downs populate?
