QB Desktop Integration - Liability Account?
For Expensify transactions being pushed to QB, does anyone use credit card/expense cards and instead of using an AP account and the expense account, use a liability account instead?
We pay the corporate expense card balance monthly but the liability exist for 20 days past the end of our month-end. Rather than report every transaction out of A/P wouldn't it make sense to map it to a liability account and then pay that balance when the check is cut to pay off the card balance when due?
