How do I mark a report as closed?

How do I mark a report as closed?  It does not appear to be an option.

    Hi @dominique_123, welcome! The option to Close a report is not available if an Approval Workflow is in place for the policy the report is submitted on.

    A Submit & Close workflow, or a free account would have the ability to close reports. If Submit & Approve or Advanced Approval is being used, then reports flow from Open, through Processing, and after final approval they are marked as Approved rather than closed.
