We use the Expensify sync manager to synchronize Quick books desktop. The synchronization has not worked for over two weeks. Every time we synchronize it fails when it gets to import customers. I have reinstalled the sync manager, I have re-granted permissions, I have followed every article and advice given by support. At this point is becoming A Major issue for us as our team members need to attribute expenses to clients, And we can no longer sync these from QuickBooks. Any ideas? Support hasn't been helpful.
