Expensify Integration with Uber for Business

Our company has an Uber business account with central billing. Is it possible to integrate this with Expensify? The Uber integration article only gives instructions from the perspective of the employee setting up the business account within the Uber app, but in our case the employees are invited to the corporate plan so they aren't able to edit preferences within the Uber app.

@KristinF While this is something we would like to do in the future, right now we only have the option to connect to Business profiles created on Personal accounts. If we are able to add this in the future, we'll make sure to reach out on any threads requesting it here to let you know.
More information on our Uber connection can be found here.

Our organization would also like to see this type of integration implemented. We don’t have a Business Uber account, but we were considering getting one because of the cost savings. However, if there isn’t a way for individual travelers to describe and code their expenses in Expensify, that would make using such an account too cumbersome.

Are there any updates on the Expensify integration with Uber for Business? I used to have all of my Uber invoice emails auto send to Expensify, which was my work around, but not Expensify is rejecting these emails so now I am looking at how to integrate directly.

@Sadie_Thompson thanks for getting in touch! This integration is live and in the wild! Please see help doc on how to set it up here.

Hi, has this been updated? The live update shared is only relevant if someone is paying with their own card. For a company sponsored account, this article is not relevant.

Hi @Craft_Accounting - you can connect your Uber Business profile to your Expensify account. At the moment, there isn't a way to connect an Uber corporate plan - sorry about that!

This worked for lyft with no issues. I noticed today that this option was removed from our employees account.
Does this now no longer work for Lyft either?

Hmm, are you referring to the Lyft Business Integration? To my knowledge, we haven't removed that integration.

Thanks!
It seems like this is on Lyft's end. Users can no longer make the decision to forward over receipts, the admins must do so.
I was able to make this work, thanks for the clarification @Jason Li

@Nicole Mendonca is it up and running for a Business Uber account? Others are saying it is only available on individual Uber accounts.

@Sadie_Thompson are you referring to a company business account or an individual business account? I'm pretty certain that we only have an integration with business accounts set up by individual users. The available integration is described in this help article. The integration has not been changed since the article's publication.
