Report Search Improvements
When trying to find reports for various users whether they're still active or have been terminated we have found the report search to be less than adequate.
1) When searching by name this doesn't reference the submitted users name which shows up in the "From" column, it refers to the report name. Some users have edited their report names so their name doesn't show up at all and it makes it impossible to find.
2) Searching by e-mail or using the dropdown to select a user only works if they are an active user. If you terminate a user and remove their account from the policy as well as domain control then they no longer show up in the submitters dropdown filter. All references to an email address where their account is listed are replaced with a personal email account if they had set one up. Since we have no record of everyone's personal email account it requires you to scroll through every report to find what you're looking for.
3)Wildcards in searches. I have looked through the help docs and community, but haven't seen any reference to a way to use a wildcard in the search terms. Searching by the report ID requires it to be the exact ID and doesn't seem to allow for wildcard or partial numbers to be entered.
