The default headings for reports (Layout: Breakdown by Group) are Date, Merchant, Description, Total.
I would like to amend this to show : Date, Description, Category, VAT, Total
Is this possible?
Not at this time @HS_ISS, but that's an idea worth of a feature request! If you add it here, it will give other customers a chance to vote for it and share their use cases.
Hi @HS_ISS, thanks for posting! It's possible to sort expenses in the report using a few different options. On a report, if you click the Cog icon at the top left, you'll see your sort options. (below)
I don't believe they will be as robust as you're looking for because you do not have the ability to manipulate the order of the headers, but at this time these are the only supported options.

Thanks for your response. Is it possible to add the additional columns (expense category & VAT) without changing the order of the headings?
