Can approved reports be archived?

Approved reports take up a lot of memory on iPhone (likely receipt pictures) using Expensify app and cannot be deleted. Is there a way to archive them so they don't use up phone memory?

I don't believe so, but this is part of an idea I suggested a while ago. They could benefit from adding additional statuses to their reports outside of the 'open, closed, processing, approved, and reimbursed'. I think Archive would be a HUGE benefit because for me as an admin, I am constantly doubling over the same data multiple times because I don't have a way to easily filter out the 'reimbursed' reports I have already reviewed for multiple criteria through various stages in our process.
Shameless plug, feel free to give my idea an upvote so Expensify can see that this is a feature many of their users want

@Danh, I don't think that the reports really take up that much room on your device, but I'm not exactly sure how this works. Currently, Expensify takes up 45.8 MB of space on my iPhone and it has 14.9 MB of storage for Documents & Data. I've got 100's of closed reports that I know would take up more space than that.
There was an old version of the app that would save expense photos to your photos, but newer versions of the app don't do that.
You can take a look at how much space the app is using by going to Settings> General> iPhone Storage.
From that point, it will take a second to calculate how much space every app on your device is using. When you scroll down to Expensify, how much space does it say?

I'm having this same problem. Expensify is the largest app on my iPhone. Presently it takes up 755.9 MB of storage!!! Please offer advice to reduce file size!

@BradW, That's crazy that the app takes up that much room. I would recommend deleting the app and reinstalling.

Deleting the app and reinstalling should clear any stored data the app has accumulated. The amount of space you're describing sounds large and this should help.
