Is there a way to expense a receipt to a Department and then to a Category?

Hi @Tammy_Jones — absolutely! Each expense can be assigned a category. You can also set up your departments as tags, which you can then code to your expenses.
Note that while an expense can only have a single category, it can have multiple tags applied to it.
