i took the lessons and got "certified" but i am completely LOST!! HELP!!

I really really really want to figure out how to use this product, i need something that I can use to clasify and sort all receipts, match them to various banks and credit cards and then export to either QBONLINE or quickbooks DESKTOP after I have correctly classified the receipts that I scanned in.


I am i pipe dreaming? can this not be done? I am very confused about how to use the expensify product. I have watched so many of your youtube videos, read so many articles. I just dont get it. isnt there a real person who can help me learn how to use this product?

    Have you come long to our live webinars? Sounds like you need the Policy Admin Onboarding session.

    Here's how Expensify works in a nutshell:

    1. A user has an account and adds their expenses to it.
    2. The Policy Admin creates a Policy and invites the user to it.
    3. Meanwhile, the Policy admins sets up all the rules on the Policy and connects it to the accounting software.
    4. The user puts their expenses on a report, codes the expenses and submits the report under the policy.
    5. The Policy Admin final approves the report and exports it to the accounting software.

    One way expenses get into a user account is by importing from a bank/card and this will depend on the kind of card programme. The user will generally also use the Expensify mobile app to capture their paper receipts and forward email receipts to recei[email protected]. These will auto-merge with the card expenses.
