The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that has been submitted per our instructions.


We're no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. Additionally, as of July 1, 2020, we will no longer accept new report submissions from existing policy members. Thanks for your understanding!

How-to: Delete and Undelete Expenses

Delete an expense on the Expensify Website

Expenses that are in an open state, other than locked company card expenses, can be removed from from your Expenses list and placed under a deleted filter. You cannot completely delete an expense from your account.

  1. Select the expenses that you want to delete.
  2. You’ll use the red trash can icon at the top right of your screen to move the expenses under the Deleted filter.

Undelete an expense:

  1. First locate your deleted expenses by using the Show Filters option.
  2. Check the box for Deleted to filter in deleted expenses. 
  3. Check the box next to the expenses and then Undelete.
  4. Your expenses will be listed in the Unreported expenses filter.

Deleting expenses on the Mobile App

While you are able to delete an expense on the mobile app, the deleted filter where they are placed is only available via the Expensify website.

Deleting on iOS:

  1. Go to your Expenses page
  2. Swipe left on the expenses
  3. Click Delete


Deleting on Android:

  1. Go to your Expenses page
  2. Press and hold on the expense
  3. Click Delete
