Scan receipt results in Canadian $

Smartphone Expensify user has Default Report Policy set to USD$.

But she lives very near Us/Canada border...

When she scans a receipt denom in US$, scan result puts into C$...and she has to put back into US$ each time...

Could the Expensify scanner be using Location and defaulting to C$??

How fix so always scans into US$?
