Utilizing Multiple Servers with QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)

I'm an accountant with two companies using expensify with QuickBooks. I have two right networks desktops, one for each. How do I connect both?
I'm not seeing anything on your help site for this.

Hi there!
When connected to two servers you will want to install the Expensify Sync Manager on each Right Networks desktop and have two individual tokens. This will prevent any errors from having multiple Expensify Sync Managers.
You’ll need to create a policy for each company and have one admin on each policy that isn’t an admin on the other policy. These admins will be the users we create the connections from. This is generally someone from each company who will hold the connection. This way you’ll still be able to be an admin on both with your email and be able to sync and export without any conflict between the two companies.
Each Expensify account can generate a single token for the Expensify Sync Manager but if the user is already an admin on a connected policy, they will only see that policy’s token.
You’ll want to log into your first company’s Right Networks desktop and log into Expensify under the admin on that policy. Open the QuickBooks company file and open the Expensify Sync Manager. Follow the instructions in this help doc to get connected. Once connected go ahead and close this Right Networks desktop and log out of Expensify.
Open your other company’s Right Networks desktop and log into the admin for this policy.
Open the correct QuickBooks company file and the Expensify Sync Manager. Following the same instructions from the help doc, you should generate a new unique token for this one to connectLet us know if you have any questions!
