Error message when importing a billable expense into QBO

Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue when attempting to upload a Report into QBO? It's confusing for one thing because it refers to "account". The second level of confusion is that Expensify only imports accounts from QB that are expense accounts. Perhaps this feature is not one we should attempt to use?

"An account you chose for a billable expense doesn't have an income account associated with it. Before you save this transaction, you need to make that association, or the income won't be reported correctly."

Hi @Bfullewr1962! Happy to help with this! This error means that in your company settings within QuickBooks you have Track billable expenses and items as income In multiple accounts selected.

When this is selected you need to select an income account on the expense account that's selected as your category.
