Credit card expenses not loading into the expenses tab

I've encountered several issues / bugs over the past couple of Months. Currently the issue is that the credit card expenses are not showing up on the Expense tab, which hinders the ability to create and submit an expense report ...

Can you help please?

    Hello, are you part of a company policy or do you use Expensify for individual use? You can go to your account settings and check out the credit cards linked to your account. If you’ve changed cards recently, make sure that the card you currently use is listed. If you don’t see something that is out of line, I would recommend reaching out through concierge. They’re better at troubleshooting credit card issues.
