If you don't need your report approved and reimbursed, you can close it.

To close a report on the Expensify website

  1. Navigate to the report in question. (Pro tip: you can use the keyboard shortcut SHIFT+G to jump directly to a report using its report ID)
  2. Click Mark as Closed at the top of the report.

Hi @JulieannPina sorry it looks like your question here was missed somehow!

This is only for reports which do not need Approval, i.e. reports on a Submit & Close workflow. That's either on an Individual (AKA Personal) policy, or a Group Policy with that specific workflow set.

If your report does not have a Close button, then you likely need to submit it for approval. If it's just for your personal use, then you could put it on your Individual policy and close it. If it's for a company, your company would need to alter the approval workflow of the Group Policy, and that's found under Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > People.
