Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the invite to be delivered, but If you've waited longer than 30-60 minutes, here are a few troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your Spam and Trash.
  • Make sure you don't have any filters or rules set up that would affect notifications from Expensify.
  • Check with your IT department to ensure that both expensify.com and amazonSES.com are whitelisted to receive our emails.
