While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. FAQ: I disabled Scheduled Submit in my policy, so why are reports still submitting automatically?
If Scheduled Submit is disabled (or if it is enabled with a manual frequency) under Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit, then each user has the option to enable Scheduled Submit on the individual level.
Note that, as an admin, you cannot disable individual Scheduled Submit on another user's behalf unless you have Copilot access to their Expensify account.
