FAQ: I disabled Scheduled Submit in my policy, so why are reports still submitting automatically?

If Scheduled Submit is enabled on the Individual policy but disabled in the group policy, reports will automatically submit based on the settings in the Individual policy.
Make sure Scheduled Submit is also disabled in your Individual policy at Settings > Policies > Individual > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit.
As an admin, you cannot disable individual Scheduled Submit on another user's behalf unless you have Copilot access to their Expensify account.
