While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. FAQ: It says my report can't be submitted due to a currency date in the future. Why? What can I do?
This means one of the expenses on your report has a future date. Since our system can’t process an exchange rate for a date that has not yet passed, the system gets a little confused!
Check the report for an expense that shows the date displayed on the error message. Once this has been corrected, you should be all set.
