While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. FAQ: Why is there a red x next to my report field?
The report fields that display on a given report are defined by the initial policy associated with that report. If that report's policy is subsequently updated or changed, then those fields will show a red x. Clicking that x will dismiss the field.
