Employees going on team outings with a large number of employees have to manually find each individual; rather than have to enter each employees name or initial can we set up a dept that already includes that team member?
Hi @Travel, great question! This isn't possible now, but I think it merits a feature request in the Ideas category if you're game to make that.
The easiest way your employees can add attendees is by typing in part of their email and using the Return key to confirm, rather than scrolling through the list of emails.
