NetSuite Connection Failing

BolderBolder Posts: 1Expensify Customer

Up until last week, our NetSuite connection was working fine. Late last week we started getting Internal Server errors that were preventing us from exporting to NetSuite. As a result we tried to re-establish the connection with NetSuite but, after being prompted for a UserID and AccountID, this is the screen we are sent to. We are dead in the water right now in terms of the connection with NetSuite. Is any one else having this issue. It feels like a system to system issue. We have checked all of our settings and they are correct.

We are having a similar issue with Quickbooks Desktop. After the update was installed on the hosting server, we are unable to export credit card reports as connection to QB cannot be established. This is the error message:

I have tried removing the sync manager permissions in QB and unable to get to the part where it asks for confirmation when I try to sync the policy again.
