FAQ: I can't add a secondary email because of a restricted account created message. Why?

If you see the below error message, it means that your group admin has Domain enabled for that email's domain. You will need to reach out to your group's Expensify admin in this case.

Please note, accounts that are created using a phone number cannot be under Domain Control.
