How to specify attendees for meal expenses?

Where I live, the accounting laws say that you must specify whether meal expenses are for Representation (i.e. you are hosting external guests for business reasons) or not (i.e. internal employee meals). In our current spreadsheet we must list the attendees and their company name. Is there a way to do this with expensify?

Hi @MikeLong - one of the ways we do this is to put the name etc in the comments section of the expense but we do have some employees that need more room than that and they put all the names in a pdf and attached it to the expense reports referring to the attachment in the expenses comment.

@MikeLong - We are actively researching building out the attendee tracking functionality, but in the meantime @Aussiebandit is correct that the expense comment is the best place for this information.
