In order to select which Expensify Policy and, in turn, which QBO company and bank account to reconcile with, you will want to set your Preferred Policy in your Company Card Settings for the Expensify Card. In the dropdown where you select your bank account, you will see all policies' bank accounts listed so make sure you choose the right one!
