How-to: Apply for the Expensify Card

You can apply for the Expensify Card at your Inbox or on the Reimbursement page of your Expensify account. The application can only be completed using a web browser.

Applying through the Inbox card

  1. Log into your Expensify account using your preferred web browser, (ie: Chrome or Safari).
  2. Head to the Inbox.
  3. On the task that says Introducing the Expensify Card, click Enable my Expensify Cards to get started!
  4. Look for an email from our team containing next steps! While you're waiting, make sure you've validated your Business Bank Account (steps here)!

Pro-Tip: If you can't see the Inbox task inviting you to enable your Expensify Cards, it may be hidden! Just click "Show Hidden Tasks" to reveal it. If you're still not seeing the task, that means you've already completed it!

Question:

Is there a set number of cards a user must order after they're approved for the Expensify Card?

Answer: Nope! There is no set minimum or maximum number of cards that a user must order after being approved for the Expensify Card program.
