Vendor list from NetSuite

Hello there,

I have found similar topics discussed here, none of them led me to a solution.

I noticed there is the list of vendors synchronized from NetSuite to Expensify. Is there an easy way to display this list in a Expense report on Expensify side (dropdown menu)? I was not successful on this even using a Custom segment / Custom list. Requirement of my customer is to tag a expense by vendor based on vendor list in Netsuite.

Hi @Miro, thanks for posting.

It is not possible to import a list of vendors from NetSuite to apply at the expense level.

The merchant name of the expense will be exported to the memo field, but it's not possible to apply each expense to a vendor imported from NetSuite in the way you describe.
