How-to: Setup The Parking Spot to automatically forward airport parking receipts to Expensify

Business travelers using The Parking Spot no longer need to worry about manually managing their airport parking receipts! Below are the steps to set up automatic receipt forwarding from The Parking Spot to Expensify.

From The Parking Spot website:

  1. Sign up and register for a Spot Club or Spot Club Exec account.
  2. Once logged in to your account, click your name in the upper right corner to be taken to your profile page, then click Account Settings.
  3. Select Expense Providers from the column on the left of the page.
  4. Check the box under Expensify and enter the same email address that you use to log into your Expensify account. 
  5. Click Connect Account.
  6. Keep an eye on your email inbox for a confirmation link from The Parking Spot. Open the email and click the link to confirm the connection.
  7. Once the connection has been confirmed, your receipts from The Parking Spot will be added automatically to Expensify.
