Expensify and QBO — Duplicate Expense Matching in QBO

Our administrator submits reports for all the company expenses - such as snacks and airfares for the company. The accountant then matches them to the QBO credit card. What happens to those that aren't matched up? Would it also be possible that the accountant is double recording the expenses from the credit card download and the expensify report?

Hi @Rachel_C! As long as you export expenses from Expensify into QuickBooks before you click add in QBO for the imported credit card there, you'll prevent duplicates as these should match.
Do you have any cases of these not matching that I can take a look at for you?
