0 · Accept Answer Off Topic Insightful Vote Up AwesomeThe issue is that I initially signed up with Google SSO with my company. Since the mobile app doesn't have SSO, I had to create a new account with my gmail address. Even though the gmail address is the same address that my Google SSO is based on, you classify them as two different people. So In order to access my business account on my phone, I need to add it as a copilot to my phone account. Which then needs to be constantly re-verified.
Since I only get one account to link to my company and I unfortunately chose Google SSO, I'm cursed with managing the two different accounts unless I want to bother our system administrator to delete my Google SSO and send me a new sign up link.
It's just annoying. You shouldn't provide Google SSO as an option unless its available across your entire platform.

Thanks for checking in about this!
