Transfer/Reallocate pending approvals during Vacation Delegate workflow
We have an approver that went on maternity leave for 3 months.
This approver forgot to turn on Vacation Delegate, so she accumulated a bunch of approvals.
We finally turned it on from the approver from Domain Control, and delegated to another manager.
Is there a way to reallocate those approvals pending approval from the manager on maternity leave over to the other manager?
I would think this should be part of the delegation workflow.
Like when you ask to add the other manager to these policies, you would also ask to transfer any or all pending approvals from the first manager.
I feel like any pending approvals when the person goes on vacation should be delegated to the delegatee (I have 5 pending approvals when I go on vacation for 4 weeks. That should be delegated so the submitters aren't waiting for me to get back)
When I come back, if the person I delegated to left a few waiting, then those should all be changed back to me and Ill take care of them now.

One more note, think about expending this to a permanent delegate for people that leave the company.
If a manager leave the company, but has 5 reports pending their approval, as admin, I want to allocate these to another manager or to their replacement.
