We are just starting to pay our employee expenses by Expensify ACH. Is there any way to see a list of employees that have already set up their ACH bank details so we can remind those who haven't?
Hi @vchristensen - you can't check whether a user has a Personal Bank Account setup yourself, but you'll know when it comes to report reimbursement.
If the report fails to reimburse, the user will be notified to finally add their Personal Bank Account and you'll be able to attempt reimbursement again.
Right now, having enabled Expensify ACH Reimbursement, you can rest in the knowledge that all your employees have an outstanding Inbox task to add their Personal Bank Account details.
