Generally, the Expensify Card can be used anywhere in the world that Visa is accepted. The Expensify Card program is based in the USA, so we are bound by USA sanctions and other international limitations.

If a merchant is physically located in - or their headquarters office (billing address) is in - one of these countries, Expensify Card purchases will be declined. This list may change at any time, so be sure to check back frequently.
