FAQ: How come I have a Group policy AND a monthly subscription?

If you have both a personal Monthly Subscription and a Group subscription set up on your account, you can cancel the personal subscription by logging into the Expensify website and going to Settings > Policies > Individual and opening the Subscriptions dropdown.

If you didn't mean to get charged, you can get an automatic refund from your billing settings as long as you haven't already had a balance clearing or refund before.
