Quick Solution for Intacct-Expensify Sales Tax
We know that currently the taxes cannot be exported back into Sage Intacct pending the development of a native tax field but we are wondering if in the mean time Expensify can allow users to specify a GL Account to which the taxes amount can be exported to. All the tax information is already calculated and housed in Expensify so this could save a step from the users having to extract the reports and manually enter journal entries to adjust for input taxes.
Please advise if that is a solution that can be done? We heard a competitor Nexonia do this for their customers on Intacct.

@mishli It wouldn't be possible via the API. There aren't any native fields in Intacct available in the API that we could use for exporting the tax information. What others do is create an export template that includes the tax information and uploads it into Intacct rather than using the direct connection.
