This page will show you what you need to do if you receive the Netsuite error "ExpensiError NS0089: Make sure the categories you are using do not require a rate in NetSuite" when trying to export:
If you get this error, you need to check that your categories don't require a rate.
- In Netsuite, go to Setup > Accounting > Expense Categories
- Click the category name to view the Category.
- Make sure that the Category does not have "Rate is Required" checked. It should look like this:
Once this has been updated, try exporting your report again and you should be good to go!
