Getting conflicting information.
this FAQ says to disconnect.
2. Do not disconnect your policy! Please use the Add Tokens button in your policy’s Connections page, rather than disconnecting and reconnecting. This will save your connection settings and is the fastest way to migrate over.
Which one?
I need to get Tokens working.

Welcome to the Community @dorath20 ! There are some instances when disconnecting is the answer. The instructions for updating to the new NetSuite connection allow you to update without having to disconnect. This is the best option.
If you continue to have trouble establishing the connection please reach out to concierg[email protected] for us to be able to troubleshoot this with you.
