FAQ - ExpensiError NS0123 Login Error: Please make sure that the Expensify integration is enabled

This page will show you what you need to do if you receive the Netsuite error NS0123 Login Error: Please make sure that the Expensify integration is enabled.

In NetSuite, go to Setup > Integrations > Manage Integrations

Make sure the Expensify Integration is listed and the State is Enabled:

If you don't see Expensify in the list, click "Show Inactives":

Once Expensify is updated to an Enabled state, your error will be resolved.
