FAQ: Why are some of my customers not importing from NetSuite?
That's a great question!
If only part of your customer list is importing from NetSuite to Expensify you'll need to make sure your page size is set to 1000 for importing your customers and vendors.
Go to Setup > Integration > Web Services Preferences > 'Search Page Size'
Try adjusting this setting, then sync your connection again, under Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections.
It's also worth noting that the "Company Name" field must be filled out for each Customer profile, otherwise they won't import into the Group Policy.
