FAQ: What does "A policy for which you are an admin has out of date billing information" mean?

This is a really important one to pay attention to! This means that you are the Admin on a policy that has gone into arrears. This may mean:

A: If you are not the billing owner for your company, this means that the policy owner needs to add to update their payment card.

B: If your company is on a Trial, this means that your trial has ended and it's time to decide whether to continue (the answer is probably yes 😉).

C: If you are the Billing Owner for your company, someone may have created a random policy or subscription and invited you as Admin, and then forgot about it. They'll likely need to delete whatever they set up or have you take over the billing.

You can go to Settings > Policies > Group and look for the ! symbol to see which billing owner is the one referred to.

The policy's Billing Owner can update their billing information under Settings > Account > Payments > Billing.

Please note: This will not affect any policies you own, but the red error message will continue to show until the Past Due policy is resolved by the Billing Owner.
