This error occurs when switching from a non-OneWorld NetSuite account with only a single subsidiary to a OneWorld account with multiple subsidiaries.
In order to correct this you will need to go to Admin > Policy > Connections and disconnect from NetSuite. Once you reconnect, you will see the option to select your subsidiaries.
