Your trial has ended

We've been using Expensify for over two years. Today, one of our users, Bruce Dawson, received a notice that "your trial has ended" and is asking for a credit card. Could this be a scam? If not, why is he getting this message?

    Hi @JaniceF!

    It sounds like your user may have accidentally created his own Group policy, which is a Free Trial, followed by a paid level of service. To confirm, can he log into his account and navigate to Settings > Policies > Group Subscriptions? Check to see if he sees any policies listed with his email address as the Billing Owner. If so, he can delete any policy he own by clicking on the gear icon and clicking Delete in the dropdown.
