Back-up of receipts

I understand that we can not bulk download receipts to back-them up on our servers. I have also read all about the security standards for protection against cyber attacks.

Since we can't download receipts, our auditors are looking to ensure that they are backed-up securely by expensify. Please could you point me to information on how you back-up the data and how you protect the back-ups against cyber-attacks where the mal-ware is designed to infect the back-up and prevent a successful restore?

I had read that article which provides good information on how you protect the data vs hackers who are looking to steal it. It doesn't appear to answer the question above which concerns how the data is backed up and how is the back-up data protected?

Do you have anything that would address this question?

HI @Rob_P! Your data is backed up on the Geo-Redundant servers which are all protected using the security mentioned in the article. We also have these 

• SOC Report 1 October 2017 - 30 September 2018
• Bridge Letter September 30, 2018 – July 9, 2019
• SOC 1 Report 1 30 September 2018 - 7 October 2019
