What is the best way to get a pdf copy of filtered expenses?

Since there is no mass download feature (which is a huge inconvenience that needs to be solved), how should I do this? Our clients request PDF copies of receipts that we are charging them back for.

Happy to come up with some solutions, @rdp! When a report is saved as a pdf, the pdf will include a thumbnail image of each receipt as well as the option to include a full-size image of each receipt on the report. This will allow you to include expenses along with all associated receipt images to your client. Will this solution meet your client's needs? I look forward to hearing from you!

but... if we need multiple reports, or if we want only part of the receipts from the report, there is no easy way to do this.  It is a real failing!  I was most recently trying to make copies of all the receipts in the "Donations" category to give to our accountant.  I can see them on the screen, I can select them and then use the print that is in the browser (which normally prints whatever is on the screen), but only the report part prints leaves blank space where the receipts are visible on the screen.

Right, I need PDF versions of specific expenses from multiple reports so this does me no good.

Hi @StephanieL789 and @rdp - thanks for sharing some feedback around this! You're correct in identifying that you currently cannot mass download receipt images from Expensify. 

I'd recommend adding this to our Ideas page, which will allow the Expensify team to track and gauge demand for this feature.
