Plaid- Wells Fargo email code never arrives

Hi there-
I am trying to update the company bank info and each time I try to get in via Plaid, I get stuck at the need to verify my identity by entering the emailed code. No matter how many times I do this, I never receive the email from Wells Fargo. I've checked my spam, etc., and it's just not coming.
Is there some alternate way to verify the bank account?
