We’re no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Keep backup as original size/analyze readability & adjust. Backup comes through unreadable often.

We have difficulty every month reading the backup our team members provide us.  Seems as if Expensify may reduce the resolution of backup automatically.  It would be incredibly useful if an administrator could choose a setting in the policy to allow all backup to come in original size.  Or perhaps if Expensify could write a script determining the legibility of text in backup.  This way we can keep the adequate backup for audit and IRS backup purposes. 

Consulting is also part of our business and we don't allow alcohol to be billed back to clients, and our clients ask for legible backup for all charges.  This would help greatly with those items as well.
