Towards the end of the report, there will be a link that says "View Non-Reimbursable Expenses" or "View Reimbursable Expenses." Clicking that link will take you directly to where these expenses have been exported:
You can also locate your report in QuickBooks by searching for the Report's ID number. You can find the Report ID number by clicking the Details section on the top right of the Report:
Search the Report ID it will bring up the report in QBO!
Reports will export to QBO based upon the settings you have configured in the Connections area of the policy settings. You can learn more about how to configure this connection here.
