We all need a little help sometimes, especially when it comes to Expense Reports! While assisting with Expense Reports is not nearly as thrilling as being a copilot on an aircraft, our Copilot: Delegated Access feature allows you to grant another user access to your account to help assist with any tasks you may have!  :)

Rather than sharing login information with another person, adding them as a Copilot allows them to access your account from their own Expensify account. Depending on the access you grant them, they will have the ability to take actions in your account such as adding expenses and creating, submitting and approving reports on your behalf. You can even grant Copilot access to another user, even if they are not a part of your policy or domain.

From within your account just follow Settings > Your Account > Account Details > and scroll to Copilot: Delegated Access. You will notice that there are a couple of Copilot roles to choose from.

  1. Full Access Copilot - Your Copilot will have full access to your account. Nearly every action you can do and everything you can see in your account will also be available to your Copilot. They will not have the ability to add or remove other Copilots from your account.
  2. Submit Only Copilot - Your Copilot will have the same limitations as a Full Access Copilot, with the added restriction of not being able to approve reports on your behalf.
