Don't ignore duplicate charges

Is it possible to remove the setting that ignores duplicate charges? My client often has two of the same hotel charges come through Expensify for the same amount. Expensify continues flag them as duplicates when they are not duplicates. This is causing headache for my client, they are considering leaving Expensify because of the headache

These are two valid charges for two consultants in hotel rooms and only one is coming through on Expensify.  By them filtering out that they think are dups is creating more work on end user.
