Block reports without categories

Is there a way to block a submission of a report if the expenses are missing categories?

Hey @TIN! You'll want to make sure that categories are required in your policy settings. Head over to Settings > Policies > Group > 
[Policy Name] > Categories > Categories and enable "People must categorize expenses."
